Born and raised right here in Red Deer Alberta, I have been photographing life's most candid moments for over 6 years now. I love my kids more than anything and they are the reason for my inspiration and why I do what I do. It's hard to believe my photography journey all began with an old iPhone photo of my husband and son playing together at the playground. The emotion of pure joy being captured and truly being able to feel the images was something I became obsessed with finding any chance I got! Being able to capture true emotions and telling peoples stories through a single image is such a blessing! It's so honouring to be invited into peoples biggest moments and being such a big part of capturing those memories!
There is nothing more special than looking through old photos that all of a sudden bring back an emotion you felt at the time. I remember looking back at photos of my first born during the week we brought him home. Did I look fabulous? Hardly! Did I feel great? Definitely not! But looking back at those photos always brings me back to those first moments I was a mom. I was so filled with joy and light. That is the power of just one photograph! It is such a privilege for me to be a part the biggest moments in a couples life. It's these moments that we will always remember and re-tell the stories for years to come. I think everyone should have photographs to go with those stories!
I value moments that are real and raw. The moments that you can't imagine not being able to relive, and that's why I'm here. So that you can relive those days, over and over.

Family is everything to me! Not only do I have a wonderful husband and two beautiul boys but we are also super close with our extended family. Mine and Brad's parents also live in Red Deer and we are so blessed with 2 sets of grandparents who LOVE spending time with their grandkids! My sister who doesn't live too far away also has 3 girls similar in age so our kids love getting to spend time with their cousins and getting to raise my babies with her babies is one of life's greatest blessings we share! Family is so important to us and it's a big part of why we love capturing other peoples family memories as well.
Brad is my rock! He is a mighty man of God who cares for us more than you could even imagine. Brad has a natural eye for photography that cannot be taught! I asked him to hold a camera and grab a couple shots for me once and he blew me away with his ability to capture a moment so effortlessly. He is a great second shooter and my favourite person to have by my side on wedding days! We have been married for almost a decade and every year we love each other more and more. Brad LOVES a good double double from Timmie's. He loves playing board games and being with family. He also loves God and bringing teachings from the bible to our church as a Youth Pastor.
Grayson is our oldest and will have you laughing in a matter of seconds with his very "Matter of fact" sense of life. Grayson has the biggest heart you will ever see in a kid his age. He cares so much about his friends and family that it actually will tear him up some days. Grayson views the world with God's love! PERIOD! He loves anyone he meets and will do anything he can to make sure they feel loved and accepted in this world. Grayson's love for cats(and all animals) has us convinced that he will become a very loving veterinarian one day. His cat Molly and him are inseparable and share a very interesting bond to say the least. We love our Grayson and all the joy and love he brings to our world.
Beau is our little fire cracker! His smile will brighten anyone's day in an instant! He keeps us laughing and on our toes more in just one day then some people experience in a lifetime. Beau loves to do things his own way and does not like to here the word no! Being the youngest he of course loves to antagonize his older brother and see how far he can push the lines. Beau loves his brother and so badly wants to do all the things Grayson does. He is my snuggle bug and will often come over to me and say "Mom, I just need a snuggle!" He is our little helper! He loves to clean, help cook and is ALWAYS up for an outside adventure(even if Grayson isn't.) Our lives would not be complete without Beau-Beau!
