Sameh & Tayler

This family acreage wedding day located just outside of Cochrane, Alberta was absolutely STUNNING! Sameh and Tayler planned the most beautiful wedding day. And boy did their crew know how to party!

Fun fact! Sameh was actually my oldest son Grayson’s grade 1 teacher! When she emailed me the day she got engaged I was overjoyed! The fact that she knew she wanted me before she even had a venue, a date, or even a chance to finish calling friends and family with the big news was so special to me!

I was so honoured to be one of her top vendors for her wedding day. I was of course so excited to capture all the love on her and Tayler’s special day.

The Day Started…

Their entire wedding day was so laid back! We started out in the morning with the gals getting ready on location. Sameh has so many personalized details and I had a blast capturing all her wedding details. I was so shocked to here that her and her family put together all of the décor for their wedding day themselves! From tent décor to florals and so much more. All the designs we put together and set up by themselves! When I walked into their reception tent I thought for sure it was set up by professionals! They did such an amazing job and it was a dream to capture.

Their First Look…

This family acreage had SO many amazing views everywhere you looked. Picking a first look location was not an easy task. Tucked away behind the Sameh’s Aunt and Uncle’s house was this stunning garden area which made for the most perfect spot for them to share in their first look. Tayler’s reaction was of course so awesome! I have seen a lot of grooms get emotional and tear up during a first look. I can’t say i had ever seen a scream literally shout out loud at how STUNNING his bride looked! If photos could have audio I think it would be safe to say that Tayler was incredibly impressed with how amazing Sameh looked!

Their Reception…

I LOVE a good reception! Being able to stay and capture some fun party dancing photos for my couples I think always adds a special element to any gallery. Sameh and Tayler had quite the party crew! It was so much fun to be able to capture them all breaking it down on the dance floor.

It truly was the most incredible day! I look forward to capturing many more moments for this sweet couple in the years to come. I hope to you all enjoy this sneak peek of their wedding day at their family acreage in Cochrane.
