Liz & Mike

What an amazing time I had getting to know this sweet couple for their engagement session down at the Blindman River at Burbank. The peacefulness of the location was the perfect backdrop for their playful personalities and the chemistry between them to shine.

Mike is a natural comedian, and he had us all in stitches with his hilarious antics and silly poses. His infectious energy was contagious, and it was clear that Liz couldn’t get enough of his playful spirit. You could tell that these to started off as besties and couldn’t help but naturally evolve into much more than that. The way they looked at each other was so sweet and it was evident that they were just meant to be together.

As we wandered along the Blindman river, I had this genius idea to see if they would be up for a little extra thrill for their photos. I asked if they wanted to kick off their shoes and hop across the rocks to the other side of the river. Of course they both immediately took to that idea and we captured some of my ALL TIME favourite photos from an engagement session. We were able to capture some truly beautiful moments I’m sure they will cherish forever.

It’s always such an honor to photograph this couples Blindman River Engagement. I can’t wait to be a part of Liz and Mike’s wedding day in August and capture even more memories for them to cherish for a lifetime. They are such a cute couple and I just know their wedding day will be filled with love, laughter, and plenty of silly moments to capture.
